NBC Thinks Fairy Tale Police Drama Could Be Just Right
Some other novel cartridge by NBC guide Cork Greenblatt could feature a constabulary that has to flock with the Big Bad Wolf.
In addition to a Inquire Woman television pilot, new NBC amusement gaffer Bob Greenblatt has ordered an episode of an interesting show called Grimm. True to its describ, Grimm features the characters from fairy tales such as those written aside the Brothers Grimm, but in a modern setting.
Grimm is beaked as a "sour but fantastical" police dramatic event that takes place in a humans where the characters from fairy tales are real. It's coming from Angel and Buffy the Vampire Slayer executive manufacturer David Greenwalt and writer Jim Kouf.
The basic concept for Grimm sounds remarkably similar to Nib Willingham's Fables, a funny Word of God that stars fairy narration characters living in Hot York City. Equivalent Grimm, Fables has a dark partial. Fables was aforesaid to be picked up for a goggle bo conversion away ABC in recent 2008, but has gone slightly AWOL since.
If Fables reemerges and Wilhelm Grimm gets picked raised, it would be strange to check two faerie tale-themed dramas on goggle bo directly, but this could be good for viewers if both have their own spin. With Wonder Woman, Jakob Grimm, and other shows Greenblatt has expressed interest in such as Ron Moore's "adult Harry Potter" 17th Precinct, I'm thinking we're going to see at least something powerful from NBC in the near future.
